At Antiqua Galleria, every piece of art is handcrafted with care and detail. Because our products are custom-made and unique, we do not generally accept returns or refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/WhatsApp number] with photos of the issue. We will either:

• Replace the item (subject to availability), or

• Offer a partial/full refund if replacement is not possible.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged.
